Popping a curl in your lashes that lasts up to 6-8 weeks really does do wonders. Then there’s the lash tinting process, which darkens your natural lashes to make them look even longer! Ps. Even if you have black lashes, chances are the tips of them are not black so adding a tint will give you the appearance of extra length.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A TRADITIONAL LASH LIFT AND A HEALTHY LASH LIFT™?
Ivy Reign’s Healthy Lash Lift™ was designed to address one pain point: the damaging effects often associated with Traditional Lash Lifts. This damage manifests physically in lashes appearing dry, frayed, and curling backward.
After extensive education, we discovered that these damaging effects were caused by a mixture of a few elements.
- A harsh lifting ingredient known as Thioglycolic acid. This ingredient, responsible for reshaping lashes, works rapidly but damages the structure of the eyelashes. The damage caused by this lifting solution can affect the natural curl of your lashes until they ‘grow out’ the damage.
- One of the biggest issues contributing to this problem is the lack of higher education in the lash lifting industry. Artists do not have a sufficient understanding of the science behind lash lifts, which can create inconsistent results and damage.
The result? Clients who pay hundreds of dollars to get beautiful lashes end up walking away with inconsistent results and frustrating damage.

HOW DO I PREP FOR A HEALTHY LASH LIFT™?
- Please come to your appointment without any eye makeup, especially mascara.
- Remove contact lenses.
- Avoid curling your natural lashes for at least 24 hours prior to treatment.
- Clients with an eye infection, like pink eye, need to wait until it has cleared prior to treatment.
DOES THE HEALTHY LASH LIFT™ PROCEDURE HURT?
No, the procedure is painless. You will have your eyes closed for about one hour of treatment, and although it may feel a little strange being unable to open your eyes for this time, it does offer you a chance to relax during the treatment.
CAN I WEAR MASCARA AFTER A HEALTHY LASH LIFT™?
Yes, you can wear mascara after our Healthy Lash Lift™. However, you will need to wait at least 24 hours before doing so—although you probably won’t need to!
HOW OFTEN CAN I HAVE A HEALTHY LASH LIFT™?
Your lash lift will begin to naturally drop after about two months and your lashes will be back to their natural look. You can rebook for our Healthy Lash Lift™ eight weeks after your last self-care appointment
CONTRAINDICATION: WHO MAY NOT BE SUITABLE TO GET A HEALTHY LASH LIFT™?
Below are some common contraindications that may make Healthy Brow Lamination unsuitable for you. Clients are advised to make their own educated judgement to see if the treatment is suitable for them before booking.
Recent Lash Lift: If you have recently had a lash lift and your lashes appear to be dry, frazzled and damaged, Healthy Lash Lift is not suitable for you. It’s best to come in after your lashes are back to their natural state.
Eye Infection/Inflamed Eyes: Lash lift is not suitable for people who have an eye infection as eyes may become more irritated & the infection can also contaminate our instruments.
Recent Eye surgery—12 months and under: A lash lift is not suitable for people who have had recent eye surgery, as the eyes may become more irritated unless they provide a written doctor’s notice.
Recent laser eye surgery: A lash lift is not suitable for people who have had laser eye surgery in the last six weeks. During this period, our clients’ eyes are still in the healing process, and a lash lift can cause irritation.
Dry eye syndrome: Lash Lift is not suitable for people with dry eye syndrome unless provided with a written doctor’s notice.
During & Post Chemotherapy: Lash Lift is not suitable for people post-chemotherapy. During and after chemotherapy, your eyelashes may get thinner, sparser, or fall out altogether. It takes about 6 to 8 weeks for a new set of lashes to grow in, but because chemotherapy can cause long-term changes to hair follicles, your lashes may grow in weaker or grow in and fall out again over the course of a year or more. Clients are advised to make their own educated judgement to see if the treatment is suitable for them.
Allergic to tint/dye: A Healthy Lash Lift may not be suitable for clients who have previously had a reaction to any tint/dye. However, you can opt out of the tint/dye, or you can do a patch test of tint/ dye with us, as products can differ from salon to salon, and you may not react to our products. Please come in 20 minutes early and ask our friendly team if you would like a patch test.
WHAT ARE YOUR BOOKING, NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
Besties! We understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable and we will be understanding wherever we can. However, we must take care of ourselves too! ☺️
Please be sure to carefully read our booking policies to avoid any surprises.
⋆ 50% of the total appointment cost is required to secure your appointment at Ivy Reign.
⋆ Cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, or don’t show up? 100% of the booking fee will be charged.
⋆ Deposits are non-refundable and not transferable to a service less in value than the original booking.
⋆ Sometimes, unpredictable things happen to us, too! So, we might need to switch your preferred team member with another talented beauty artist occasionally. We hope that’s cool.
⋆ Make sure to check our website for any contraindications for your service. If you miss this and we can’t proceed, we’ll have to charge the total booking fee.
⋆ Booking something you already have included your treatment? We’ll have to charge for the additional time booked.
⋆ Running late? There may be late fees to cover our team to stay back or offer an alternative treatment to fit within the available time frame.
⋆ Over 30 minutes late? We might have to say no to your service.
⋆ 25% fees on public holidays and Sundays.
