Our policy is designed to keep time flowing smoothly for our guests and artists, creating a studio that feels calm, balanced, and fair for everyone.

Bookings

Appointments are reserved with intention.
A 50% deposit secures your time and is applied toward your service on the day.

Cancellations

Life moves in unexpected ways. To maintain harmony in the studio, changes made within forty-eight hours of your appointment are charged in full.

If illness or unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where we can refill your appointment, we may reschedule your session at no extra cost as a gesture of goodwill.

Late Arrivals

Time is sacred here.
A short grace period is always welcomed.

After five minutes, your service may be thoughtfully adjusted to keep the day in rhythm.

After thirty minutes, the appointment is considered missed.

Your Artist

If your chosen artist is unavailable, another trained Ivy Reign professional may step in.
Each artist is guided by the same principles of care, precision, and presence, ensuring your experience remains seamless.

Preparation

Before booking, please review our contraindications such as recent skin treatments, sensitivities, or eye conditions.

Sundays and Public Holidays

A 25% surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Card payments incur a 1.2% processing fee.

Rescheduling

If your appointment is outside the 48-hour cancellation period, you may quickly reschedule your appointment by pressing the “View or change my appointment” button on your booking confirmation email.

To honour this, we kindly ask that appointments remain a child-free experience.
