What is your booking, no show and Cancellation policy?
Besties! We understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable & we will be understanding wherever we can. However, we must take care of ourselves too! ☺️
Please be sure to carefully read our booking policies to avoid any surprises.
⋆ 50% of the total appointment cost is required to secure your appointment at IVY REIGN.
⋆ Cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, or don’t show up? 100% of the booking fee will be charged.
⋆ Deposits are non-refundable and not transferable to a service less in value than the original booking.
⋆ Sometimes, unpredictable things happen to us, too! So, we might need to switch your preferred team member with another talented beauty artist occasionally. I hope that’s cool.
⋆ Make sure to check our website for any contraindications for your service. If you miss this and we can’t proceed, we’ll have to charge the total booking fee.
⋆ Booking something you already have included your treatment? We’ll have to charge for the additional time booked.
⋆ Running late? There may be late fees to cover our team to stay back or offer an alternative treatment to fit within the available time frame.
⋆ Over 30 minutes late? We might have to say no to your service.
⋆ 25% fees on public holidays and Sundays.
How do I reschedule my Appointment?
If your appointment is outside the 48-hour cancellation period, you may quickly reschedule your appointment by pressing the “View or change my appointment” button on your booking confirmation email.

Where can I park?
IVY REIGN has ample parking available. There is free and paid parking along Oxford Street, and Richmond Street is the best option on busy Saturdays.
My preferred date is fully booked, Is there a waitlist I can join?
If you can’t find a suitable appointment, you can join our waitlist, and we will contact you for a booking in case of a cancellation.
Can I bring my children to the appointment?
IVY REIGN prioritises safety and a peaceful environment, making them unsuitable for babies and children.
While we understand the challenge of arranging childcare, we kindly request that children do not accompany parents to ensure everyone’s best experience.
