A lash tint typically lasts 4–6 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare. Because lashes shed and regrow, the color fades gradually. A professional lash tint service ensures a long-lasting lash tint, and many clients return every 4–6 weeks for touch-ups.
Is lash tinting safe for sensitive eyes?
Our lash tint is gentle and specifically formulated for use near the eyes, but if you’ve experienced irritation or an allergic reaction to dyes in the past, we strongly recommend a booking in a patch test at least 48 hours before you appointment.
Do I need a patch test before my lash tint service, and how should I prepare for the appointment?
Yes, a patch test is recommended 24–48 hours before your first lash tint service to check for allergies. To prepare, arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes, avoid waterproof mascara or oil-based products, and remove contact lenses. This ensures a safe, flawless, and long-lasting lash tint.
Who should avoid a lash tint?
You may need to skip a lash tint service if you’ve had allergic reactions to tint, have an active eye infection or irritation, recently had eye surgery, or have very dry, sensitive eyes. These precautions help ensure a safe, long-lasting lash tint.
What add-ons are available with a Healthy Lash Lint?
You can enhance your Healthy Lash Lint with a lip wax, chin wax, peach fuzz removal, or a de-puffing under-eye mask. Add-ons can be selected when booking online or requested in-studio.
Can I do a lash tint with a lash lift and how often should I book it?
Yes! You can combine a lash tint service with a lash lift for a bold, low-maintenance look—the lift curls your lashes while the tint darkens them. For best results, book a lash tint service every 4–6 weeks to maintain a long-lasting lash tint effect.
What is your booking, cancellation & no-show policy?
IVY REIGN Booking Policy
We want your experience with us to feel effortless, clear and respectful from the moment you book to the moment you leave glowing. These simple guidelines keep everything smooth for you and our team.
Deposits
To lock in your spot, we ask for a 50% deposit.
• It keeps your appointment safe and ensures our family is looked after.
• Cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice and your deposit becomes store credit for next time.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Things come up, we understand.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: The full fee applies.
• Illness or emergencies: Pay the original fee and we will happily reschedule you once at no extra cost.
This way your artist’s time is honoured and you are supported with flexibility.
Running Late
• A 5-minute grace period is always fine.
• More than 5 minutes, we may shorten your service or apply a small late fee.
• More than 30 minutes late counts as a no-show with the full fee applying.
It is all about keeping the day flowing fairly for everyone.
Changing Artists
If your chosen artist is not available, another team member may step in.
• If you have specifically requested someone, we will always check with you first.
• Every IVY REIGN artist is trained to deliver the same care, detail and results.
Safety First
Before booking, please review our contraindications online (such as recent skin treatments, sensitivities, or eye conditions). If we cannot proceed because of something missed, the full fee still applies as that time was reserved for you.
Add-Ons
If you book an extra that is already included in your main service, we will adjust the fee since each slot is carefully reserved.
